If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and get a full refund minus the shipping costs.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please allow up to 28 days for refunds to be processed.
To return a product please contact our Customer Services team via our contact page. You will then be given a returns reference number or customer service issue number (as appropriate). You must quote this number in all correspondence.
Where Products are being returned to us we advise you to return Products by a secure postal method to the address given to you by our customer services representative and obtain a receipt as proof of returning it to us.
